The recipes included in this program are some of my favourite meals and are meals I enjoy with my family even when I’m not doing the 10 Day Body Reset. Raw foods are the best for increasing your energy, providing nutrients, improving digestive function and balancing your body pH. However, too many salads and cooling foods are not ideal in the cooler months, and I encourage you to eat with the seasons and nourish your body with more warming and grounding foods in autumn and winter. The winter supplement contains a mixture of cooked and raw plant based recipes, so that you can reset your habits no matter the season.
